Position Summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for nurturing, retaining, and expanding relationships with our most strategic, high-value corporate merchants. Acting as the primary commercial champion and trusted advisor, the KAM ensures client satisfaction, drives adoption of product ecosystems, and unlocks new revenue streams through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
This role serves as the nexus between external client stakeholders and internal cross-functional groups—including the newly established Pre-Sales Technical team, Product Development, and Executive Management—to deliver tailored solutions that secure long-term merchant loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
