Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key AccountManager (KAM) to manage large-scale recruitment operations at the client site.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-volume hiring, strong
stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage end-to-end Pan India hiring operations
with a monthly hiring target of 500–600 candidates.

·Act as the primary point of contact between the
client and recruitment teams.

·Monitor recruitment performance and ensure
timely fulfilment of hiring requirements.

·Manage and analyze large volumes of recruitment
