We are looking for an influential, people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced, high‑value environments and can translate strategic vision into effective frontline execution. As the primary site-based point of contact, the KAM will shape service delivery, maximise contract performance, and support long-term client partnerships through innovation, insight, and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a multi-site FM portfolio, ensuring all contract deliverables, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently exceeded.
  • Work closely with the KAD and Senior Finance Business Partner to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L performance, driving profitability through innovation and resource optimisation.
  • Position the organisation as a strategic partner, leading renewal strategies, service expansions, and contributing to commercially robust bids.
