As the primary site-based point of contact, the KAM will shape service delivery, maximise contract performance, and support long-term client partnerships through innovation, insight, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of a multi-site FM portfolio, ensuring all contract deliverables, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently exceeded. Work closely with the KAD and Senior Finance Business Partner to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L performance, driving profitability through innovation and resource optimisation.
