Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
Position: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the primary point of contact for all assigned key accounts and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets while ensuring optimal return on investment through the negotiation, implementation, and evaluation of annual or multi-year agreements.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive customer plans to drive business growth, aligned with JTI's strategic priorities, including investment scenarios, assortment planning in collaboration with Marketing, and alignment with internal stakeholders across functions.
- Effectively execute the agreed account strategies and initiatives by leading key account negotiations, managing the full contracting process, and ensuring timely alignment with internal stakeholders.
