Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of logistics and freight services. This role involves coordinating with operations teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilitie

• sIdentify and develop new business opportunities within logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain services
• .Manage and grow assigned client accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• .Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients
• .Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• .Monitor shipments, resolve service issues, and provide regular updates to clients
• .Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
