Job Summary
We are seeking a trustworthy, energetic, and experienced Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you are the trusted manager on duty during early mornings, or weekends. You will be responsible for opening and closing the coffee shop, managing security protocols, cash handling, and leading the team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening/Closing Procedures: Safely open the coffee shop in the morning (turn off alarms, prepare tills, start espresso machines) and securely close in the evening (clean, count cash, drop deposits, secure doors/alarms).
- Operational Leadership: Supervise baristas and floor staff during your shift, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and customer service are maintained.
