Keystage 2 (KS2) Teacher

County Teachers need a KS2 practitioner who is available for work from January 2025. This would be to take on a maternity cover for two-terms, working with a Year 3 Class. This would be working at a school based on the outskirts of Buntingford. They are a fairly large primary school for the area with a wide-range of pupils attending.

The position is full-time but the school we have been informed that four-day week may be doable for an exemplary candidate – this isn’t an idea situation so full-time teachers are encouraged to apply.

The school is rated “Good” by Ofsted and they are keen to maintain, if not, improve this status. They are already a well-respected school in the area, with many members of the local community regularly involved with day-to-day school activities. They are seeking somebody who is happy to be an integral part of a team, go above and beyond a class teacher role and ensure that their pupils are their number on priority.
