Kids Club Agent - Job Description

• To anticipate the kids' needs and handle all inquiries in a helpful and attentive Anantara manner.
• Ensure hygiene standards of the Kid Club are maintained at all times up to the new standard.
• Ensure children are taken care of with full attention under a secure environment and ensure the capacity of the kids is followed as per standard.
• Have complete knowledge of the hotel product, kids activities and other Anantara properties.
• Take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is delivered and ensure it meets the highest standard of Anantara at all times.
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to the kids' satisfaction are met and that follow‑up is completed on a timely basis.
