KINDERGARTEN CARE CENTRE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION . Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at Kindergarten Care (K-Care) Centre inside a Primary School . Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards . Take a class and conduct prescribed indoor/outdoor modular activities whenever needed . Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents . Handle administrative duties related to the K-Care Centre (e.g. fees collection, registration and withdrawals, administering of subsidy applications) . Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable
REQUIREMENTS . Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) . At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher/supervisory/leadership role
WORKING HOURS During normal school term: 9.30am to 7pm (Mon to Fri) During school holiday: 9.5-hours shift between 7am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)
