Kiosk Sales Assistant for Snacks

Duties and Responsibilities

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet, assist, and engage customers to drive sales & KPIs
• Understand product offerings to deliver strong recommendations
• Support stock replenishment and basic housekeeping of kiosk
• Manage cash register and simple payment processes (e.g. e-wallets, QR codes, POS)
• Collect customer feedback and report recurring concerns or product insights
• Maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the shift
• The frontline vide-maker

Academic Qualification(s)

• Candidates must possess at least (SPM)

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s)

• Sales Experience
• Retail store experience
