Job Summary - The role of Kitchen Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operations of the dishwashing while ensuring the compliance with all company and department policies.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions - Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat. Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
