Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment.
• Support meal plating and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in kitchen environments.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in kitchen hygiene, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and stewarding.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, potential evening and weekend shifts.
