- Experience in 4-5 Star Hotels in India (Added Advantage)
- Chopping/Cutting/Slicing of ingredients (Vegetables and Protein)
- Familiar with South Asian cuisine would be a place point
- Willingness to learn
- Capability to incorporate Indian flavors into modern and international dishes
- Able to work well as a single individual and as a team player
- Able to lead small teams to achieve Business Goals/Results
- Diploma or certification in culinary arts preferred
- At least 5-8 years in a professional kitchen with 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen staff and interact professionally with guests in a multicultural environment
