Overnight Kitchen Manager (10:00pm-8:00am) Melville, NY Our flagship store located in Melville, NY is seeking a FT Kitchen Manager (overnight hours of 10pm-8:00am) for its very busy kitchen operations! This newly crafted position as Overnight Kitchen Manager will supervise kitchen duties by managing the pantry, inventory, controlling how food is stored and prepared. This individual will supervise a team of Overnight Kitchen Clerks and Grab and Go Clerks. An incentive bonus of 15% is offered with this position!
