Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food preparation areas
- Clean and sanitise surfaces including walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, and grills
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors during and after service
- Wash dishes, utensils, and all kitchen equipment efficiently
- Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and in good working order, reporting any issues
- Empty, clean, and re-line waste bins in line with hygiene standards
- Keep refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas clean and well-organised
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients
