Kitchen Porter

Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel is looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, ensuring floors are free from debris and spillages at all times.
• Follow direction from chefs as required, providing support during service.
• Conduct deep cleans of the kitchen according to the established cleaning schedule.
• Operate the dishwashing machine, ensuring a steady supply of clean crockery, cutlery, and kitchenware.
• Handle heavy-duty pot wash and assist with putting away deliveries and properly storing stock.
