We are looking for reliable and hands-on Kitchen Staff to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations at a mall outlet. The role is suitable for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment, and able to commit to full-time work. Training will be provided for dumpling preparation, and the Food Hygiene course will be subsidised. Key Responsibilities
Prepare dumplings according to outlet standards and food preparation guidelines Support general kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, packing, cleaning, and dishwashing Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas Assist with table service and customer handling when required Follow food safety, handling, and storage procedures Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily outlet ope...
