Klaviyo Expert - Retention Marketing

Solo Media Group is hiring a Klaviyo Email & SMS Specialist to execute retention programs for our ecommerce clients. This is a hands-on, in-the-platform role — not a strategy seat. You'll take direction from the Retention Manager and assets from our Designer, then build, launch, and optimize the flows, segments, campaigns, and SMS sends that drive revenue.

• Build flows — welcome, abandoned cart/checkout/browse, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, VIP, sunset. Configure triggers, filters, splits, time delays, and conditional logic to spec.
• Build and maintain segments — translate retention strategy into precise segment definitions using behavioral, transactional, predictive, and profile data.
• Set up and run A/B tests — subject lines, send times, content variants, ...
