Permanent or 12‑month fixed term (secondment considered with support from current manager). This is an opportunity for an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the Older Adult Mental Health Occupational Therapy Service and the newly established multidisciplinary Enhanced Dementia Support Service for adults living with Dementia who present with complex psychological needs or distressed behaviour.

• Carry out specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and provide occupation‑focused treatment in a variety of settings.
• Support multidisciplinary formulation.
• Work closely with members of the Enhanced Dementia Support Service and with colleagues in the Older Adult Mental Health Service and the wider health and social care system.
