Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Knowledge, the Knowledge System Manager will take operational ownership of Clients knowledge systems across Legal Domain, the Legal departments and wider civil service.
The role combines line management, project management, and system development responsibilities to ensure the effective use and continuous improvement of knowledge systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the team maintaining Clientss knowledge systems (SharePoint, WordPress, Sitecore, and document automation tools).
Ensure systems are effective, accessible, and meet organizational needs.
Innovate and optimise existing systems to support business priorities.
