Główne zadania:

Kontrola wyników finansowych pod względem realizacji zadań budżetowych, sporządzanie bieżących prognoz finansowych oraz budżetów rocznych na poszczególne działy we współpracy z kierownikami;

Przygotowywanie raportów, analiz i prezentacji na potrzeby wewnętrzne, a także dla podmiotów zewnętrznych;

Kontrola kosztów zakładu produkcyjnego, identyfikacja odchyleń, propozycja optymalizacji...
