KPM Manager (Chinese Speaking)

1. Project Engagement & Business Development

• Identify, track, and prioritize Chinese-involved infrastructure projects across Vietnam; develop targeted account strategies for each.
• Lead early-stage engagement with Chinese contractors, designers, and consultants to secure Sika product specifications prior to tendering.
• Prepare and present Sika technical proposals, method statements, and product submissions in Mandarin Chinese, ensuring alignment with Chinese engineering standards (GB Standards).
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, with a specific focus on Chinese construction chemicals suppliers entering the Vietnamese market.

2.  Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Chinese-speaking stakeholders – including main contractors, sub-contractors, design institutes, and project owners from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan,...
