- Targeted classroom support across KS1 to build confidence and raise attainment
The Role:
Support KS1 pupils through a mix of 1:1 help, small‑group intervention, and classroom assistance. You will reinforce phonics, early reading, writing, and number work, help children stay engaged in lessons, and work closely with the teacher to support day‑to‑day progress. Teaching assistants support the class teacher to enhance learners' progress either in groups or individually.
