KYC (Know Your Customer) Specialists Wanted – Multiple Streams, One Mission

FIXED TERM UNTIL MAY 2027 We’re growing our KYC team and looking for passionate professionals to join us across three specialist streams. Each role plays a unique part in protecting our customers and the business from financial crime—while delivering a seamless, compliant, and customer-focused onboarding experience.

Be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process with clarity and care. You’ll verify documentation, assess risk, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and compliant experience.

Support customers onboarded via digital platforms, brokers, and remote pathways. You’ll conduct due diligence, monitor broker-originated customers, and work with diverse and vulnerable customer groups using digital tools. Focus on onboarding small and medium business customers, including companies, trusts, and other complex entities.
