Opportunity Description

  • Provide Level-2 application and technical support for Oracle XStore POS systems.
  • Monitor incident queues and respond to support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Oracle XStore POS issues related to:
    • Billing/POS transactions
    • Store login/access issues
    • Payment processing
    • Printer/scanner/peripheral issues
    • Store opening/closing issues
    • Data synchronization failures
  • Perform initial diagnosis and root cause identification for application incidents.
  • Coordinate with store users, infrastructure teams, and vendors during issue resolution.
  • Monitor batch jobs, store communications, and integration interfaces.
