Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire and delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
: To provide quality day-to-day production support for Java/Web-based applications for Product, Market Liquidity Risk
. To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
. To manage implementations of new application releases, adhering to the best practices of the release management process
. To work with various partners, such as peer application teams, infrastructure, vendors, security, and change teams, to provide seamless support for the business
