L2 Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer with strong database support knowledge and hands‑on experience in Linux and Unix shell scripting. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting production systems and database environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 production support for database and application environments.
• Monitor system performance, job failures, alerts, and incident tickets.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Work on Linux/Unix servers for log analysis, file handling, and process monitoring.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
• Support batch jobs, scheduling, and data validation activities.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and application teams for issue resolution.
