Lab Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensure all testing is carried out sample as per sampling plan.
• Able to maintain and operate standard laboratory equipment in a correct manner.
• Arrange work schedule for lab technician.
• Back up lab technician in the event lab technician is away.
• Manage to demonstrate routine work as per Standard Operation Procedure.
• Coordinate with external laboratory for routine and non-routine sample analysis.
• Report to superior immediately if there any abnormality observed or result out of specification and carry out investigation.
• Maintain consumable stock from time to time ensure stock level is always sufficient to run the operations.
• Perform micro trending and analysis.
• Involve in company improvement initiatives.
• To travel to other site to support lab operation when needed.
• To perform any other task assigned by QA Executive from time to time.
