**Description:**

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the Laboratory Quality Management program, partnering with management to provide continual quality systems assessment, and development of comprehensive policies, procedures, quality training and audits.

+ Coordinates the development, assessment and monitoring of quality management initiatives, indicators, action plans, audits, and related activities.
+ Identifies opportunities for process improvement and coordinates required resources to coordinate evaluation and change.
+ Ensures compliance with applicable accreditation and regulatory agency standards.
