Job Description
Regular Duties/Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laboratory operations and staffactivities
- Perform and oversee routine, specializedlaboratory and blood bank tests along with outsource tests
- Ensure daily quality control, do check with linemanager as per compliance with SOPs
- Verify and release laboratory reports as perdefined TAT.
- Train students, trainees, and orient newly hiredstaff.
- Provide technical guidance, leadership andtroubleshooting support to staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and dutyassignments
- Manage workload distribution within thelaboratory
