**Job Summary**
Milwaukee Tool’s Materials Technology team is seeking a **Lab Technician** to support material analysis, competitive benchmarking, and failure analysis across our product portfolio.
This role is responsible for executing laboratory testing, preparing samples, collecting and documenting data, and supporting engineering teams during product development and production issue resolution. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Execute material analysis, benchmarking, and failure analysis test requests
+ Prepare and modify test samples using cutting, machining, and preparation tools
+ Condition samples per defined test methods and procedures
+ Operate laboratory equipment (training provided)
