Job Summary:
The Labor and Employment Partner is responsible for leading and managing complex employment-related legal matters within a dynamic law firm environment. This role focuses on three primary areas: overseeing labor and employment litigation and dispute resolution, advising clients on workplace legal issues and compliance, and developing strategic, business-oriented solutions to support client objectives. This position plays a critical role in protecting client interests, mitigating risk, and delivering high-level legal counsel across a wide range of employment matters.
