LABOR & EMPLOYMENT (VIRTUAL OFFICE) | SPECIAL COUNSEL (5+ YRS): Our client, a national boutique L&E firm, is seeking an experienced employment attorney to join its Virtual Office in GEORGIA as Special Counsel. This (mostly) remote role offers the opportunity to handle a full-cycle employment litigation practice while maintaining flexibility and focusing on high-quality legal work without business development pressures.

The Special Counsel will manage a range of labor and employment matters, including administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and litigation for firm clients, including those involving Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) matters.
