UNIQLO is a leading brand within the Fast Retailing Group. We are recruiting a Labor Relations Specialist to work within our Madrid office, supporting internal departments and external suppliers at a local and EU level.

Responsibilities

• Manage disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, and dismissal processes, ensuring legal compliance and accurate documentation.
• Support investigations into harassment, discrimination, and employee complaints in coordination with the HRBP and Legal.
• Act as a key contact for Works Councils, employee representatives, and trade unions; coordinate and participate in consultations, meetings, and collective negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies; support labor inspections, conciliations, and external legal processes.
• Track ER cases and trends and contribute to policy and process improvements.
