The Opportunity

This is not a transactional HR role. As HR Specialist – Labor Relations, you will play a critical role in maintaining industrial peace, safeguarding employee relations, and ensuring the organization’s full compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

You will serve as the bridge between management, employees, unions, and government agencies—handling labor disputes, grievance resolution, union coordination, and administrative cases with professionalism, rigor, and sound judgment.
