Laboratory Customer Care Specialist

SGS is seeking a qualified candidate for their lab operations based in Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves daily handling of sample receiving, registration, and after-sales service, as well as assisting clients with lab test enquiries.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related field, and will not be required to travel for this position. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth lab operations.
