Opportunity Description
Labcorp is seeking a **Laboratory Director** to join our team supporting multiple hospital partnerships in the Portland, OR region.
**Work Schedule:** **Day shift, Monday–Friday Additional hours as needed**
**Travel required between hospital sites**
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary liaison between laboratory services and hospital executive leadership
+ Partner with hospital leaders to align laboratory operations with organizational goals
+ Participate in executive meetings, hospital committees, and operational reviews
+ Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hospital laboratories
+ Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and applicable regulatory standards
+ Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across sites
+ Monitor laboratory performance including turnaround times, quality metrics, and productivity
