Job Description
Laboratory System Specialist performs functions of the Laboratory (LIS), laboratory middleware, laboratory automation and Atlas Labworks in accordance with regulatory and hospital guidelines as needed to keep systems current and or upgraded including training, interfacing, implementation, system upgrade testing, maintenance and security of systems; Maintains knowledge of policies, procedures, and business operations in a laboratory setting; Participates in regular day-to-day communication with other project teams. Participates in the development of workflows, data collection and analysis, reporting and other technical issues associated with the use of the laboratory software.
