What you'll do

The Clinical Laboratory Technical Assistant acts as the primary contact for laboratory customer inquiries, requests and communication. Triages calls independently as appropriate, provides courteous, prompt and complete follow-up to customer inquiries and communication. The Technical Assistant assists in problem resolution related to laboratory specimens, orders, and/or reports including providing assistance to licensed laboratory staff, practitioners and nursing staff.
