Opportunity Description
- Perform chemical testing and recordings as per APHA, EPA or ASTM standards.
- Perform laboratory analysis to monitor water quality from all stages of the treatment process.
- Perform laboratory analysis of quality of chemicals purchased for use in the plant.
- Prepare and replenish all chemicals used & standard solutions for analysis.
- Upkeep of daily analysis results and ensure that the results are accurate and submitted on-time.
- Investigate and report all atypical, anomalous and out- of-specification results to superior.
- Conduct proper and periodic maintenance of laboratory equipment and ensure all equipment are calibrated according to manufacturer's requirement; maintain proper housekeeping complying with EHS requirement.
- Liaise with and manage sampling and analysis undertaken by third party laboratories.
- Accept ad hoc assignment given by managers.
