Laboratory Technician (SMD PCB Assembly)

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician with expertise in Surface Mount Technology (SMD) PCB assembly to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMD equipment, assembling PCBs, and ensuring quality control in the production process. This role requires attention to detail, hands‑on experience with PCB stuffing, and a strong understanding of electronic components and soldering techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test assembled PCBs for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and repair PCB assembly issues, including soldering defects and component placement errors.
• Work with engineers to develop and refine SMD assembly processes for prototyping and production runs.
• Maintain inventory of electronic components and lab supplies.
