Are you motivated to work safely on construction sites? Are you comfortable using hand tools, power tools, shovels, rakes, and other basic construction tools? Do you pride yourself on being dependable, performing physical labor with minimal supervision, and learning a trade? If so, you could be a great addition to our Heavy Civil Construction team at Williams! Williams Civil Construction is hiring Laborers to join our Heavy Civil team for a project in Havre, Montana. This role will support utilities, site development, and heavy civil construction work alongside our traveling crew, with the opportunity to continue traveling with the team to future projects after the Havre project is complete. As a Laborer, you will help clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, assist with excavation support, clean up rubble and debris, remove waste materials, handle materials, and put in a good day’s work alongside the crew.
