2. Safely operates motor vehicle with valid driver’s license.
3. Runs errands to support of the work site.
4. Must be able to safely traverse uneven terrain with / without tools and building materials.
5. Performs a variety of tasks involving safe dexterous use of hand tools.
6. Manipulates and generally understands the safe use of different types of power and manual construction tools.
7. Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, to fine grade specifications using hand tools.
8. Safely operates power tools and equipment.
9. Breaks up and remove concrete with power equipment (jackhammer) and hand tools.
10. Positions and operates portable and submersible water pumps.
