Position: Labour Welfare Officer / Employee Relations Officer
Location: Bidadi, Karnataka
Must have -
Experience: 2 to 4.5 years
Industry: Automotive Manufacturing only
Key Responsibilities:
Handle grievances and ensure employee satisfaction
Develop frontline supervisors through targeted training
Manage conflict resolution and industrial relations
Counsel employees and trainees proactively
Detect potential labor risks early
Oversee KPI management related to absenteeism, punctuality, and health issues
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of labor laws, codes, and ID acts
Experience in handling labor union management
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English
Strong counseling and conflict management skills
