**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
This role operates an insulation lamination machine to produce rolls of insulation used in a variety of building applications. You will use a control panel to run the machine, follow specific button sequences, and support the full production process from feeding materials to packaging finished rolls. Most new team members learn the core machine operation within one to two weeks, and you will work closely with a small, collaborative crew to meet daily production goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate an insulation lamination machine to produce rolls of insulation according to production specifications.
+ Use a control panel to start, stop, and adjust the machine by pressing buttons and following the correct operating sequences.
