Lamination Supervior - Mako Boats

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

The Lamination Supervisor will manage all lamination operations.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Manages/supervises Lamination hourly associates.
+ Manages and improves Environmental, Health and Safety.
+ Ensures daily production schedule is met.
+ Controls MRO spending.
+ Audits associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained.
+ Manages layout of efficient use of machinery and equipment.
+ Studies processes, analyzes and improves cost of production.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

**_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_**

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous supervisory experience required

**_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:_**

+ Knowledge of lamination processes and technique
+ Ability to effectively communicate with employees and peers
+ Computer literate (excel, word processing)
