Land Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage land acquisition activities to support mining operations and project development.
• Verify land ownership documents and ensure all land-related records are properly maintained.
• Coordinate with landowners, local communities, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, compensation processes, and land acquisition agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable land regulations, permits, and company policies.
• Monitor land acquisition progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in handling land-related issues, claims, and disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field.
