This role requires a deep understanding of governance for co-ops and condos, Housing Court procedures, and landlord-tenant litigation, including expertise in rent stabilization and lease negotiations. The position offers the opportunity to handle diverse real estate legal issues, from litigation to advising boards and landlords, while participating in marketing and training initiatives.
