Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare site analysis, sketch concepts, assemble imagery boards, develop site plan concepts, 3D models, renderings, etc. for a wide range of projects.Assist with the production of design packages including construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates particularly related to amenities, design grading, hardscape and landscape elements. Conduct research and analysis of site conditions to inform project recommendations, preparing detailed reports and assessments. Inspect construction work to ensure it adheres to design plans and specifications.Actively collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other disciplines to bring projects from concept to completion.Prepare visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.Requirements:
