Landscape / Hardscape Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead our crews in installing high-quality patios, retaining walls, pavers, natural stone, and outdoor living spaces. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering beautiful, durable hardscape projects with a small crew. Key Details: Pay: $25 $40 per hour, based on experience (5+ years preferred) Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, MondayFriday (510-hour days) Requirements: Valid drivers license with clean record (CDL or pickup experience a plus), basic Bobcat/skid steer experience preferred Crew: Lead 24 people (typically 1 technician + 12 laborers) Benefits: Health, dental & vision (with co-pay), small life insurance, negotiable vacation after first year; year-round work with occasional snow removal This is a great opportunity for a skilled foreman who takes pride in quality hardscape and landscaping work.
